Shipping and Delivery Policy – B2BOX (ES/EN)

1) Alcance / Scope

ES: Esta política regula los procesos de envío y entrega de pedidos realizados a través de la plataforma B2BOX, aplicando condiciones específicas según el mercado seleccionado por el Cliente (Argentina, Colombia o Global).

EN: This policy regulates the shipping and delivery processes of orders placed through the B2BOX platform, applying specific conditions depending on the market selected by the Buyer (Argentina, Colombia, or Global).

2) Argentina – Envíos y Entregas

ES:

• Los pedidos se entregan mediante operadores logísticos 3PL asociados.
• La entrega es puerta a puerta, en la dirección indicada por el Cliente.
• Los costos de transporte se calculan al momento del pago (checkout).
• El riesgo se transfiere al Cliente cuando el 3PL certifica la entrega.
• Los tiempos de entrega son estimativos y dependen de disponibilidad logística y procesos aduaneros.

EN:

• Orders are delivered through partner 3PL logistics operators.
• Delivery is door-to-door, at the address provided by the Buyer.
• Transport costs are calculated at checkout.
• Risk transfers to the Buyer when delivery is certified by the 3PL.
• Delivery times are estimates and depend on logistics availability and customs processes.

3) Colombia – Envíos y Entregas

ES:

• Los pedidos se entregan mediante operadores logísticos 3PL nacionales seleccionados por B2BOX.
• La entrega es puerta a puerta en la dirección indicada.
• Los costos de transporte se incluyen en el proceso de pago.
• El riesgo se transfiere al Cliente una vez que el 3PL confirma la entrega.
• Los plazos de entrega son estimativos y pueden variar según aduanas, inspecciones o disponibilidad del transportista.

EN:

• Orders are delivered through national 3PL logistics operators selected by B2BOX.
• Delivery is door-to-door at the specified address.
• Transport costs are included in the checkout process.
• Risk transfers to the Buyer once delivery is confirmed by the 3PL.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, inspections, or carrier availability.

4) Global – Envíos y Entregas (FOB Ningbo)

ES:

• Todas las ventas internacionales se realizan bajo el Incoterm FOB Ningbo (China).
• La obligación de B2BOX finaliza al cargar la mercancía a bordo del buque en el puerto de Ningbo.
• El riesgo y los costos se transfieren al Comprador en ese momento.
• El Cliente es responsable de contratar un 3PL de su elección para flete internacional, seguro, aduana y entrega final.
• B2BOX entrega al Cliente la documentación básica: factura comercial, packing list y Bill of Lading (BL).

EN:

• All international sales are made under the FOB Ningbo (China) Incoterm.
• B2BOX’s obligation ends once the goods are loaded onboard the vessel at Ningbo port.
• Risk and costs transfer to the Buyer at that moment.
• The Buyer is responsible for hiring a 3PL of their choice for international freight, insurance, customs, and final delivery.
• B2BOX provides the Buyer with basic documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, and Bill of Lading (BL).

5) Envío de muestras / Samples shipping

ES:

• El Cliente puede solicitar muestras individuales de productos antes de realizar un pedido mayorista.
• Cada solicitud está sujeta a un cargo por servicio de gestión adicional.
• El envío de muestras se realiza mediante 3PL independiente, por avión o barco, según la modalidad seleccionada por el Cliente.
• Todos los costos de transporte son asumidos por el Cliente.
• Las muestras se entregan as-is, sin garantía ni derecho a devolución.

EN:

• Buyers may request individual product samples prior to placing a wholesale order.
• Each request is subject to an additional management service fee.
• Samples are shipped through an independent 3PL, either by air or sea, depending on the Buyer’s choice.
• All shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
• Samples are provided as-is, with no warranty or return rights.

6) Exclusiones y limitaciones / Exclusions and limitations

ES:

• B2BOX no se responsabiliza por retrasos ocasionados por aduanas, autoridades locales, navieras o 3PL.
• No se garantiza fecha de entrega exacta; solo plazos estimativos.
• Variaciones menores en empaque o color no constituyen incumplimiento.

EN:

• B2BOX is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local authorities, shipping lines, or 3PLs.
• No exact delivery date is guaranteed; only estimated timeframes.
• Minor variations in packaging or color do not constitute non-compliance.

7) Actualizaciones / Updates

ES: B2BOX podrá modificar esta Política de Envíos y Entregas en cualquier momento. La versión vigente será la publicada en la web.
